Welcome to Unlimited Auto Body. By accessing our website or using our auto body and repair services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Unlimited Auto Body provides automotive repair, maintenance, and collision services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Estimates provided are based on initial visual inspections and may be subject to change upon further teardown or discovery of hidden damage.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and insurance information. Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicles prior to repair. Unlimited Auto Body is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of repairs and prior to the release of the vehicle, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, insurance checks, and other approved payment methods.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty details regarding parts and labor will be provided at the time of service. Generally, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on metalwork and paint for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to certain conditions and exclusions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Unlimited Auto Body shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
